The Green Dragon Inn is the quintessential English, black and white, low beamed country pub.

The pub is a real ale venue and it has been voted Herefordshire CAMRA Country Pub of the Year for 2006 and 2007 and again in 2008 along with the coveted title of BEST PUB, which it shared jointly with the Barrels. Now it has been voted outright winner Pub of the Year 2010

Since new owners Simon & Alison Durrant took charge of the 16th century village Inn back in 2005 the transformation has been stunning. Real Ale is back with a vengeance and a beer garden and terraced patio have been added.

With its unspoiled warren of small discrete rooms, each with its own real fire and the centrepiece of a grand inglenook fireplace, this pub now has the quality ales it deserves - and people have been returning to it in their droves.

Simon and Alison welcome the opportunity to offer to you 6 exceptional cask ales, and a fine range of ciders and lagers alongside our food which is freshly cooked every evening Monday to Saturday from 6.15 until 8.15 pm, lunchtime 12.00 - 2 pm Saturday only.

Our kitchen is closed on Sunday.
