We've done it, after being voted by CAMRA, The Best Country Pub in Herefordshire for 2006, 2007 and 2008 and joint winners of the Best Pub title in 2008, the Green Dragon has been voted the outright winner for 2010.
Following the Chancellors Budget statement on Wednesday 21st March 2012, we are disappointed that the beer duty escalator has been left in place and there will be an increase, inspite of the misleading words of the Chancellor.
We need 100,000 signatures to force a House of Commons debate on this misguided and wrong policy. Please sign the epetition, it only take a minute.

The Green Dragon Inn is the quintessential English, black and white, low beamed country pub.

The pub is a real ale venue and it has been voted Herefordshire CAMRA Country Pub of the Year for 2006 and 2007 and again in 2008 along with the coveted title of BEST PUB, which it shared jointly with the Barrels. It was voted outright winner Pub of the Year 2010

Since the owners Simon & Alison Durrant took charge of the 16th century village Inn back in 2005 the transformation has been stunning. Real Ale is back with a vengeance and a beer garden and terraced patio have been added.

With its unspoiled warren of small discrete rooms, each with its own real fire and the centrepiece of a grand inglenook fireplace, this pub now has the quality ales it deserves - and people have been returning to it in their droves.

Our kitchen is closed on Sunday.
